Phil ZarrowPhil Zarrow - President and Principal Consultant
Phil co-founded ITM in 1993. He was formerly Director of Technology Development for GSS/Array Technology, a California based contract assembly firm.

Mr. Zarrow has been involved with hybrid and PCB assembly for more than thirty years. His expertise includes the manufacture of equipment for circuit board fabrication and assembly of through-hole and surface mount technologies.

Jim HallJim Hall - Principal Consultant
Jim joined ITM in 1999 as Principal Consultant. A pioneer in reflow technology, Jim spent 10 years with Vitronics-Soltec, most recently as Manager of SMT Technology. He has also worked, in various engineering positions, at Dynapert and HTC.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge and background in soldering and thermal technology as well as equipment and process basics, Jim has been a welcome edition. Jim has greatly enhanced ITM's teaching, troubleshooting, equipment & process evaluation, and techno-marketing.

Bob KlenkeBob Klenke - Principal Consultant and Director of ITM Marketing
Mr. Klenke is the former vice president of sales and marketing for ERSA, with a career in the electronics assembly industry spanning more than 23 years in engineering and marketing with Siemens, Plexus and Philips.

His extensive international expertise includes the development of consultative selling techniques, product positioning strategies and creative marketing plans and advertising campaigns.

Peter GrundyPeter Grundy - Associate Cconsultant, Sussex England office
Mr. Grundy's carrer spans nearly thirty years, with extensive experience in sales and marketing of capital equipment, including milling systems (KTM), PCB drilling equipment (Excellon Automation) and component placement equipment (Excellon and Siemens).

His area of responsibility includes working with OEM's and Contract Electronic Assemblers to solve assembly problems, optimize facility operations and introduce automation into non-automated arenas. He believes passionately in the need for DFM and DFT in order to increase overall efficiency.
